Direct Support Professional

A Direct Support Professional provides direct care to a person with a disability and provides assistance with a person’s daily living skills and full participation in their local community.  Bridges’ Direct Support Professionals assist the people we support lead self-directed lives so that they may lead the most full and enriching life possible.  We’re always searching for quality direct caregivers and we encourage you to apply today.

Family Home Provider

A Family Home Provider is a contracted individual or family who wishes to include an adult with a developmental and/or intellectual disability into their home and family.  A Family Home Provider is a compassionate, driven, and dedicated person who believes that there is no limit to what any person can accomplish and will assist in every way to ensure that those goals are achieved.  Likewise, Bridges of Kentucky is committed to supporting our Family Home Providers in this passionate endeavor as we build stronger relationships by empowering our Family Home Providers and the people we support.
